Pattern: verb te-form + もいいですか to ask permission politely

ていない / てくる — Not Doing / Coming Back Drill#
ていません is the polite negative of ている — not in progress. てくる describes an action you did on your way here.
I'm not watching.

に行く — Going to Do Drill#
Pattern: verb ます-stem + に + 行きます. The ます-stem is the part before ます. This expresses the purpose of going somewhere.
I'm going to eat.
食べに行きます。

買い物に行きましょう。
買い物に行こう。
ために — Purpose Drill#
ために states the purpose behind an action. Attach it to a noun with の, or directly to a verb in plain (dictionary) form.
I study for the exam.
試験のために勉強します。

I work hard in order to travel.
旅行するため仕事事頑張張ります。
